If approved, the Consent to Establish (NOC) under Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry for one year with usual conditions and with the special condition that the industry shall apply for de-sealing alongwith consents of the Board under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, please.
