The note of AEE may kindly be perused.
As per the note of AEE, the institute was granted consent to operate for existing project of Education institute with 5000 day scholars and 600 hostellers, for Academic Block 1 to 5, 01 Hostel Building block and sports complex. However, during visit, Regional Office, reported that there are 11000 students (total), out of which 8200 are hostels and about 1200 teaching/ non teaching staff in the institute, which is contradictory. Also, Regional Office, is required to submit the compliance of decisions of hearing dated 14/7/2023 in an annotated form held before the Chairman of the Board.
Also, R.O is required to intimate as to whether the institute has obtained E.C, if yes, verified compliance in annotated form, thereof.
Before taking any further action in the matter, E.E, Regional Office, SAS Nagar may be asked to clarify the above mentioned observations so as to enable this office to proceed further in the matter, please.
