The report /recommendations of Regional Office be perused. The site falls in general industrial Zone. The plant & machinery of the industry is 12 crore, as such the industry falls in medium scale. May if approved consent to establish be granted to the industry for 1 year with conditions mentioned by RO and with additional conditions that:-
1. The industry shall submit completion certificate from PSCST for its APCD.
2. The industry shall submit approved building plans from under the provisions of Factory Act 1948 as amended.
