As discussed with your good self, it is submitted that while generating consent certificate, there is problem to generate due to the reason that the industry has applied varied consent ,but the application is fresh case as per RO report and even industry not mention the previous consent detail. now, certificate could not be generated .Today the matter was also discussed with computer section and there is no option to generate certificate at this stage and as per Ravi ,computer section statement, the application be return to the industry. hence if approved, application may be refused to the industry with request to apply fresh consent. |
