The Industry has not installed shredder for recycling in its unit, as such, not engaged in recycling.
Further, it has submitted undertaking to the effect that it is not engaged in regrinding of the scrap generated.
Further, the industry has ensured to notify the Board regarding the details of the company to whom it will get the scrap lifted.
As such , resubmitted as per the previous recommendations of the undersigned along with special condition that the industry will not engage itself in recycling and shall get it's scrap lifted from authorized vendor. |
