On scrutinizing the application it was observed as under: 1. The industry is required to deposit adequate NOC regularisation fee for increase in the gross fixed assets of the industry as compared to the assets submitted during previous Consent applications. 2. The industry is required to submit latest emission analysis report from the Boards Lab or from the approved lab. 3. The industry is required to submit record regarding the disposal of fuel ash generated during the operation of boiler section.
Accordingly clarification was raised to project proponent to submit reply, however it has failed to submit the compliance till date. If approve consent to operate application of the industry may be returned with the request re-submit the same after clarifying the above.
