In addition to the proceedings approved vide note dated 05.04.2024, it is submitted that the visiting officer has reported that the industry was visited on 24.04.2024 and it was observed that: 1. The industry was not in operation and no sludge was found stored at site............. 2. The industry has installed flow meter at the pipeline for monitoring of recirculation of water............ 3. The industry has provided fresh plantation along the boundary walls........... In view of above, if approved, consent to operate under the provisions of the Air Act, 1981 be granted to the industry upto 31.10.2024, subject to the following specific conditions: 1) The industry shall not procure and process any hazardous waste as prescribed in Schedule-I appended to the Hazardous and Other Wastes (Management and Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016 till it gets the certificate of registration / passbook as recycler /re-processor from the Board..................... 2) This consent to operate is valid only to facilitate the industry to obtain registration/passbook as recycler /re-processor from the Board as required under the Hazardous and Other Wastes (Management and Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016, which shall be obtained during the validity period of this consent.................. 3) The industry shall apply afresh for obtaining consent to operate as required under the provisions of Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 after obtaining certificate of registration / passbook as recycler /re-processor from the Board............... 4) The industry shall comply with the standard operating procedures framed by CPCB for utilization of process & primary sludge of ETP of pulp & paper industry..............
