It has been noted that EE, RO, Patiala has visited the ELV facility and reported that it is found complying with the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981, accordingly, he has recommended for grant of consent to operate under the said Acts, with certain conditions as mentioned in his report.
Further, it is mentioned that the fee deposited by the facility is adequate upto 30.09.2028 considering the total cost of project as 10.10 crore (even though the facility land and building has been taken on lease @ Rs. 4 lakhs/month). The details of fee is as under:
• Earlier C A Certificate Value @ 995.69 LACS ( M/s DADA MOTORS)
Consent Fee Per Year @ 18000/-
Fee Deposited = 18000/- X 5 YEARS = Rs. 90000 + 90000 (under Both Acts)
• Now C A Certificate Value @ 1010.96 Lacs (M/s Dada Trading Company)
Consent Fee Per Year @ 21600/-
Fee Calculate = 21600/-X 5 Years = 108000/-
Earlier deposited fee = Rs. 90000 + 90000 = Rs. 1,80,000/-
Now, deposited fee = Rs. 30000 + 30000 = Rs. 60000/-
Total = Rs. 2,40,000/-
Hence, the consent fee is adequate for five years i.e. 30.09.2028 under the both the Acts.
It is therefore recommended that consents under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 be granted to the industry upto 30.09.2028 alongwith the conditions imposed in the note of EE, RO Patiala dated 23.04.2024.
