The application of the industry has been scrutinized and it was observed as under : - 1. Proof of date of commissioning has not been submitted. 2. Consent fee is not adequate. 3. NOC fees amounting to Rs. 1400/- has not been deposited. 4. The industry has not submitted any details w.r.t. installation of feed mill in its premises i.e. whether feed mill has been installed or not.
As such, the application cannot be processed further and be returned with a request to the industry to reapply after attending above shortcomings. |
