Details/facts/report alongwith recommendations are given in the note of AEE..
Submitted as per above report/recommendations given by AEE, it is recommended that as per decision no. 3 of the personal hearing dated 22.02.2024, it is recommended that before proceeding further in the matter, the project proponent (Directors of the project) may be given another opportunity of personal hearing before the competent authority of the Board, for deciding the consent application as well as the request of the project proponent for waiving off the Bank Guarantee please.
