In regard to above said observations, the industry has now informed to the Board as under:-
In application form installed casting capacity mentioned is 30 TPD i.e., maximum possible with 3 shifts. At initial stage industry will be started with single shift and ultimately up to 3 shifts as per market demand, not increase beyond 30 TPD and induction furnace will remain same i.e., of capacity 0.75 TPH.
It is recommended that Consent to establish (NOC) under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry for one year with suitable conditions and with special conditions that : 1. The project proponent shall obtain necessary permission/ statutory clearance from the concerned Departments, if required, if any, in future its own level.
