The note of EE and AEE dated 7/5/2024 may kindly be perused.
In view of the said note and recommendations of EE, RO, SAS Nagar, if approved, following action may be taken:
1. The request of the industry may be considered for exemption from installation of MEE and RO after ETP by the industry.
2. The bank guarantee of Rs. 50 lacs submitted by the industry may be returned as the industry has been found complying during last three visits.
3. ‘Consent to Operate’ under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be granted to the industry upto 31.03.2026, subject to suitable conditions and additional conditions as proposed by R.O, please.
