• The application has been examined and found that NOC was granted to the project for production of bio-mass pellets (non-torrefied) @ 115 TPD in an area of 15 kanal 19 marlas on 24.01.2024 (upto 23.01.2025)..............
• Now application again applied for obtaining fresh CTE with no change in production capacity and neither any change in the land area. The only enhancement is mentioned w.r.t. the increase in the fixed assets, wherein the cost of plant & machinery has been increased in the project report from 1.17 crore to 4.20 crore. However, the detail of Item description mentioned in the project report is same which was submitted earlier while obtaining previous NOC of the Board..............
• If approved, the application be returned as there is neither any change in the production capacity nor any change in the land area and the Regional Office be directed to advise the industry to submit the details of the change in the project cost, if any while obtaining CTOs of the Board under the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981............... |
