It is submitted that the industry was visited on 07-05-2024, during visit it was observed that the industry is not engaged in using waste into process.
The industry is not engaged in manufacturing of packaging material therefore not covered under EPR Rules.
The Industry has not installed shredder for recycling in its unit, as such, not engaged in recycling.
The industry has submitted undertaking to the effect that it is not engaged in regrinding of the scrap generated. Further, the industry has ensured to notify the Board regarding the details of the company to whom it will get the scrap lifted.
As such , resubmitted as per the previous recommendations of the undersigned along with special condition as under :
1. The industry will not engage itself in recycling and shall get it's scrap lifted from authorized vendor.
2. if at any stage the industry changes its process or started recycling it shall obtain varied consent of the board and shall also register as per the EPR Rules. |
