It is submitted that PP was raised clarification to provide the following details:-
1. Revised approved plan of the project mentioning proper details including built up area.
2. A letter from Municipal Corporation, Ludhiana mentioning the sufficient capacity to treat the effluent generated from project proponent in the STP.
3. Revised effluent generation/reused /disposal off its project
The PP has failed to reply the clarification raised to it till date.
The reply of the observation raised by the Competent Authority are as under:-

Reply:- The PP has not submitted the revised approved plan of project mentioning proper details including built up area.
2. A letter from Municipal Corporation, Ludhiana mentioning the sufficient capacity to treat the effluent generated from project proponent in the STP.
Reply:- The project proponent has submitted permission vide no. 288/XEN-c/o&m dated 26.02.2024 regarding disposal of treated waste water of STP into MC sewer (letter attached).
3. Revised effluent generation/reused /disposal off its project.
Reply:- The project proponent has proposed to install STP of capacity 100 KLD based on MBBR Technology and as per project report 70 KLD waste water will be generated from the project and will be treated in STP of 100 KLD capacity and treated waste water @ 35 KLD will be discharge into sewer, 29 KLD for flushing purpose and 6 KLD for green area purpose.
As PP has not submitted the revised approved plan of project mentioning proper details including built up area.
In view of above, it is recommended that show cause notice for refusal of consent to establish may be issued to the PP with opportunity of personal hearing before the Competent Authority.
