• A report has been submitted by the project proponent issued by the Department of Town & Country Planning, Moga to GMDIC, Moga vide his letter no. 23 DTP(Moga)/IND-1 dated 03.01.2024, wherein it has been mentioned that the land area of 2.24 acres of M/s Heritage Grand, Village Baghapurana, District Moga falls in the residential zone (RD-2) as per the notified Master Plan, Baghapurana (2010-31), wherein establishment of hotel is permitted………….
• The land area of 17 Kanals 19 Marlas belongs to M/s Heritage Grand through its partners……………
• The feasibility report has been submitted for installation of Bar screen following by grit chamber followed by oil & grease trap followed by septic tank alongwith the proposal to discharge the treated effluent onto land for plantation in an area of 02 kanals…………...
• The visiting officer has reported that the proposed site was visited on 25.04.2024 and observed that boundary wall has been constructed. Structural work was in progress. The site was located outside the MC……………
• In view of above, if approved, Consent to establish/NOC may be granted to the project proponent for the establishment of hotel-cum-banquet hall of capacity @ 500 Persons/function and 18 no. rooms in the land area of the project is 17 Kanals 19 Marlas in the revenue estate of Baghapurana, Tehsil Baghapurana, District Moga, with following special conditions:-…………..
1. The consent to establish is hereby granted to the project proponent for establishment of a hotel in a land area of 17 Kanals 19 Marlas bearing khasra no. 234//16/1(2-16), 17(8-0), 7/2/1(0-8), 14/1/2(0-14), 14/2/2(2-16), 14/3/2(2-5), 14/2/2(1-0) in the revenue estate of village Baghapurana-1, Tehsil Baghapurana, District Moga…………..
2. The project proponent of the hotel shall submit building plan approved by the Competent Authority while obtaining Consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 & the Air Act, 1981…………….
3. The hotel will ensure compliance w.r.t. the guidelines issued for control of pollution and enforcement of environmental norms at Individual Establishments and the Area/Cluster of Restaurants/ Hotels/Motels/ Banquets issued vide Board’s office order no SEE(HQ-2)2021/64 dt. 02.02.2021……………
4. The hotel shall not throw, burn or burry any solid wastes in open, outside premises or in drain / water bodies……………
5. The hotel shall ensure that there are no usages of single use plastic- thermocol disposable items such as water bottles / water pouches/water cups, plates, forks, spoons, straw etc. and single use decorating material made of plastic-thermocal or any other non-biodegradable material in the premises…………….
6. This consent to establish is issued from pollution angle and the project proponent shall obtain the statutory clearances / permissions from the other concerned departments, as required……………
