A perusal of the documents submitted by the industry for obtaining CTE under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 visit carried out on 06.05.2024 reveals the following observation that need to be clarified:
1. The name of the industry i.e. Gillco India Pvt. Ltd (Unit II) is not mentioned in any of the permissions or registration obtain from MSME, rather as per the article of association issued under companies at 2013, the name of industry/company is Gillco India Pvt. Ltd.
2. The industry has submitted rend deed executed between M/s Shine Metal Tech Pvt. Ltd and Gillco India Pvt. Ltd, but nothing regarding Unit II has been specified in the rent deed submitted by the industry.
3. The building plan of factory has been passed on the name of M/s Gillco India Pvt. Ltd., however, foundry as shed-4 has been shown in the building plan duly approved by the competent authority.
4. The industry shall be asked to submit registration granted by MSME so as to ascertain the name of entity. A mere submission of feasibility report on the name of M/s Gillco India Pvt. Ltd. (Unit II) does not suffice the legal requirement of unit identification.
5. The industry has proposed to install 2 shot blasting machines, and it has been noted that the installation of same would require prior site approval from SAC from Factories Act.
AEE to get the documents and clarification from the industry.
