It is submitted that in compliance to decision no. 1of personal hearing, the industry has yet not deposited its first installment of Rs. 2.0 lakh in RO, but assured to submit the same within 2-3 days.
Further, it was decided that a team of officers consisting of Er. Navtesh Singla, EE, Zonal Office-1, Patiala and Er. Gurkaran Singh, AEE, Regional Office, Patiala shall visit the industry and, verify the compliance of the violations within 7 days.
