Pointwise reply to the clarification raised, is as under:
1. The PP has already submitted detail of area within colony site to be developing under plantation as well as green lawns, which is reproduce as under:
Area Detail Area Water to be disposed off
Green area / green belts alongside roads and pavements and lawns 4000 m2 (1 acre) 25 m3
Area under plantation adjoining colony (copy of site plan along with aks chajra attached) 3000 m2 (5 kanals – 16 marlas) 35 m3
Rest 100 m3 water will be reuse for flushing purposes through dual plumbing system.
Further, it is submitted that the land measuring area 5 kanals 16 marlas located adjoining colony site. Aks chajra marked with plantation area as well as colony site attached. The PP has proposed underground pipeline for taking effluent of STP to plantation area.
2. There is no MAH unit within the 250 mtrs from the boundary of the project. There is no brick kiln, cement plant, saila plant, rice sheller, stone crusher, grinding unit or hot mix plant or any other air polluting industry within 100 mtrs of the site.
As such, the site is suitable for the establishment of commercial project.
The case is submitted for approval, as recommended vide note dated 30.04.2024
