It is clarified that the industry has proposed to install induction furnace of capacity 500 kg/hour, which will be provided with bag filter house as APCD followed by stack of adequate height.
In view of the said note and recommendations of EE,RO,SAS Nagar, it is recommended that 'Consent to Establish’ (NOC) under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 may be granted for one year subject to suitable conditions and additional conditions as proposed by RO, please.
