• The industry was visited by the AEE of this office on 13.05.2024 and it was observed that:
1. The industry was in operation
2. The industry has submitted completion certificate of the ETP installed at site.
3. The industry has installed water meter at inlet and outlet and energy meter with ETP.
4. The industry has now developed adequate plantation area for utilization treated trade effluent to be generated at site.
5. The industry has provided sampling arrangement with the stack of boiler, which was earlier without arrangement.
Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that fresh of consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and under Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted upto 30.09.2027 with usual conditions as per policy of the Board.
