The application of the project proponent has been scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The PP has applied under orange category. However, as the total proposed generation of effluent is more than 100 KLD, thus, the PP is required to apply under Red Category.
2. The PP has not mentioned total land area of the industry/project in the application form.
3. The project proponent has not mentioned the details of green area for disposal of treated effluent, in the online application form
4. The pp has not proposed to provided dual plumbing system of the project, which is not in order.
5. The PP has mentioned that access treated wastewater will be discharge into MC sewer. However, STP of Derabassi is already under capacity. Thus, the PP is required to submit alternate arrangement for disposal of effluent.
6. The PP has mentioned total wastewater to be generated as 180 KLD in the application form. However, as per the feasibility report uploaded online, total wastewater generation will be 500 KLD, which is contradictory.
7. The PP has not submitted proper water demand calculation (plot wise), wastewater generation, season wise disposal details etc. With the online application form.
Please clarify within 03 days.
