Sir, as discussed with your good-self, it is intimated that the industry is engaged in the process of pickling using sulphuric acid. As such, the industry is covered under category- 1044, which is red category as per the revised categorization of the industries by CPCB based on the pollution load.
If approved, the application of the industry may be returned with request to apply under red category (1044). I have already completed the scrutiny based on the documents submitted by the industry. As such, I have no option to return the application. |
