It is intimated that a matter primarily regarding alleged encroachment and conversion of green belt into parking/ pathways/ library/ done by Lodhi Club, Sacred Heart School, BRS Nagar, Ludhiana and Municipal Corporation, Ludhiana has been taken up by 'Council of Engineers' in the Hon'ble National Green Tribunal, New Delhi vide O.A. 793 of 2022. The next date of hearing is 14.07.2024. The case is related to encroachment as such the school shall be bound to follow any directive given by Hon'ble NGT, New Delhi in the case.
