In view of the report/ recommendations given by Regional Office, the undersigned is of the view that the reply of the school may be considered and consents to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 be granted to the school for one year i.e. upto 30/06/2025 with one of the special condition that the school shall plant adequate broad leaf trees on the available land on the side of the school, which is facing the industry, please.
