Sir, in reply to query of ZO, RO reported that the limit precribed by the Board for such type of industry is 150 mg/Nm3 and the results as per report the SPM is 18 mg/NM3 which is within the limits. The low SPM might be due to shaking of bags just before the sampling.
If approved, Consent to Operate under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry upto 30.09.2029 with suitable terms and conditions and special condition with the condition that the industry shall get the air emissions sample analysed from the Board lab within 1 month, please.
