Sir, it is submitted that previously air emission was carried out on 09/04/20219 and as per analysis report Particulate Matter was 396 mg/Nm3 and effluent sampling was carried out on 25/04/2019 and as per analysis report the result of parameters are pH = 7.1, TSS = 27 mg/l, TDS = 303 mg/l, COD = 118 mg/l, BOD = 30 mg/l and Oil and Grease was found below method detection limit which were within limit prescribed by the Board.
During visit on 10/04/2024 sampling effluent/emission sampling was not carried out. On 25/04/2024 only air emission sample was collected in compliance of consent to operate condition earlier granted on 30/11/2023 that the industry shall get the stack emissions monitored from the Board's lab within one month and as per analysis report the SPM was 257 mg/Nm3 which is within limit as prescribed by the Board.
