The application of the Project Proponent has been scrutinized and observed as under:
1. The industry has not deposited consent fee to process the application.
2. The industry was granted Consent to Establish (NOC) of the Board for establishment of Hotel-cum-Marriage Palace of capacity 500 persons / day. Now, it has applied for hotel room @ 20 numbers, please clarify.
3. The industry is required to submit date of commissioning proof to ascertain the consent fee.
Therefore, it is requested to submit reply to the above said observation within 2 days, so the application may be processed further.
