• The industry was granted 'Consent to Establish' (NOC) on 24.01.2024 (valid upto 07.01.2025) for manufacturing of Bio-mass pellets (Non- torrefied) @ 115 TPD by using paddy straw @ 100 TPD & other agriculture waste @ 20 TPD with proposed assets of Rs. 318.7 lakh……….
• Now application applied for obtaining revised 'Consent to Establish' (NOC) i.e. for manufacturing of Bio-mass pellets (Non- torrefied) @ 115 TPD by using paddy straw @ 100 TPD & other agriculture waste @ 20 TPD, however the project proponent has proposed increase in value of the assets to Rs. 707.70 lakh from Rs. 318.7 lakh………..
• No other change proposed by the industry…………
• The Regional Office vide note dated 09.05.2024 has reported that the project proponent has submitted an undertaking that earlier the machinery was proposed to be taken on lease, however now new machinery will be purchased for the establishment of the unit and as such the project cost has increased, but there is no change in the quantity of raw material to be consumed for production of of Bio-mass pellets (Non- torrefied)……….
• In view of above, if approved, revised 'Consent to Establish' (NOC) may be granted to the industrial unit for its establishment for manufacturing of of Bio-mass pellets (Non- torrefied) @ 115 TPD by using paddy straw @ 100 TPD & other agriculture waste @ 20 TPD, subject to the same conditions as mentioned in the earlier granted NOC alongwith following additional condition that the this 'consent to establish' (NOC) is granted in supersession to the earlier granted NOC vide certificate no. CTE/Fresh/MOG/2024/24695656 dated 24.01.2024 (valid upto 07.01.2025)…………..
