It is submitted that RO has not submitted the compliance of proceeding decision dated 04.09.2023, in which it was decided that the industry shall dismantle the steam and electric connection of the excess machinery having discharge beyond the shares which have been DEMAT. These excess machines shall be sealed by the Regional Office of the Board till the industry obtains CTE/CTO for the same. If approved, RO may be asked to get the compliance first and recommend the case after the compliance of hearing decision dated 04.09.2023. |
