May if approved, fresh of consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and under Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted upto 30.09.2027 with usual conditions as per policy of the Board and with special conditions that
1) The industry shall get its stack & effluent samples collected from the Board within -2-months.
