Discussed.
1) The Quark City has already obtained EC from SEIAA vide dated 5/11/2020. As per the conditions of the said EC, no industry covered under category A and B falling in schedule appended to the EIA notification, 2006 shall be allowed to establish except category under 8 (a) and 8 (b) integrated township namely Quark City. The present project covered under 8 (a).
In view of the above and recommendations of EE,RO, SAS Nagar, it is recommended that consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 may be renewed till 31.03.2028 with suitable conditions, please.
