1. Is the rest room constructed at site ? What part of expansion proposal has been implemented at site ?
2. Submit compliance of Integrated Guidance framework for Chemical Safety in respect to Isolated storage and industries covered under Manufacture, storage and import of Hazardous Chemical Rules,1989 in compliance to Hon'ble NGT order dated 14.12.2021.
3. Comment upon status of submission of on-site and off-site emergency plans and public liability insurance, disaster and risk assessment management plans.
4. Is washing of vehicles being carried out in the premises. If so, treatment facility thereof.
Also submit fresh recommendations in the matter.
