This is in reference to point no.2 of above note, the map attached by the industry has no clear demarcation of proposed plantation area to be reserved for disposal of treated trade effluent.
Therefore, attach map clearly demarcating plantation area (including extent of area ) to be reserved for disposal of treated trade effluent alongwith details whether proposed area is to be developed within it's existing premises or any additional will be acquired. If additional land is to be acquired, details thereof. If it is within existing premises, is that land vacant or any industrial activity is being carried out at that particular proposed reserved plantation area.
Also, comment on adequacy of that area to handle proposed effluent load.
Also submit fresh recommendations. |
