It is submitted that-
1. The project proponent has taken the land approx. 1 Kila on lease to discharge the treated trade effluent onto land for plantation purposes just opposite the shopping complex through underground pipeline as shown in the sketch (Sketch and copy of lease deed attached).
2. In addition to the above, the PP has submitted the copy of letter issued by Ashoka Kharar Ludhiana Road, Ltd bearing no. AKLRL/other.Dept./2024-25/3049 dated 14.05.2024 vide which the PP will discharge its treated effluent on NH-05 plantation purposes (Copy attached).
