The reply to the observation raised by the office is as under:
1. The site falls in the revenue estate of Dirba and master plan of Dirba has neither prepared nor notified.
2. The industry has proposed to install water curtains for the scrub and arrest of dust particles generated while painting. The proper ventilated exhaust will be provided and the exhaust air will be passed through a baffled spray scrubber arrangements alongwith following water curtains.Further, the industry will be provide septic tank for the treatment of domestic effluent and treated effluent will be discharged onto land for plantation. The hazardous waste will be lifted as per HWM rules, and industry shall obtain authorization under HWM rules, at the time of obtaining CTO. The feasibility report submitted by the industry is attached below.
3. Sir, the industry has deposited NOC fees which is valid for one year. No industrial activity has been started in the premises.
Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that Consent to establish (NOC) from pollution angle for setting up of industrial unit for manufacturing of agricultural implements i.e. Straw reaper @ 800 nmber/year, Self combime @ 40 nmber/year, Rotavator @ 100 nmber/year, Mud loadder @ 50 nmber/year, Zero drill @ 25 nmber/year, Lazer and leveror @ 50 nmber/year, Super sider @ 100 Nmber/year by using HR iron sheet @ 1700 MT/Year, M.S tubes @ 23.3 MT/Year, reaper gear @ 1165 Nmber/Year, square saria @ 58 MT/Year, combine engine @ 40 Nmber/Year, angal channel @ 35 MT/Year, bearing @ 18000 Nmber/Year, shaft @ 5800 Nmber/Year, paint @ 7500 KL/Year, V belt @ 9320 MT/Year, ADV rim @ 2400 Nmber/Year, reaper hub @ 2330 Nmber/Year, weilding rod @ 2350 Nmber/Year, cross reaper @ 3375 Nmber/Year, nut bolt @ 58 MT/Year and finger @ 19125 MT/Year as raw material under Orange category may be granted to the industry with suitable conditions as per policy of the Board. Competency: - Senior Environmental Engineer of the Board as per Board policy dated 30/04/2013.
