It is intimated that SCN for refusal of consent to operate applied under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 has been issued to the industry vide Board's letter no. 916-17 dated 15/5/2024 alongwith an opportunity of personal hearing before the SEE (ZP-1) of the Board on 20/5/2024 (copy enclosed). It is requested to get the copy of the notice delivered to the industry through special messenger/ e-mail/ WhatsApp and send the receipt of the same to this office and also ensure its presence on the said date and time of hearing. It is also requested to submit his comments on the reply to be submitted by the industry w.r.t notice and send fresh recommendation accordingly, well before the date of hearing to enable this office to decide the application. |
