| Clarification Note: |
The application submitted by the project proponent has been scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The detail filled in the application form is contradictory to the supporting documents submitted by the industry i.e. total cost of the industry/project (in Lacs) as well as Cost of Plant & Machinery (in Lacs).
2. The CA certificate submitted by the industry is not proper and seems tempered. The industry is required to submit latest CA certificate atleast as on 31.03.2024.
3. As per point no. 2 above, the fee deposited by the industry could not be adjudged.
It is requested to submit the reply to the clarification within 02 days. Until then, the application will be treated as incomplete.
