Sir, RO reported that the industry has shifted the electroplating machinery from other unit of the industry located in Industrial estate at this site. Presently, no water polluting machinery exists at the old site and that old site is now white category unit.
The present site of industry was visited by RO on 04.03.2024 and it was reported that the industry has engaged in manufacturing of Electroplating & Zinc Plating and it has signed agreement with M/s JBR Technology Pvt. Ltd., Focal Point, Phase-8 Ludhiana @ 10000 Ltr/M for the treatment & disposal of trade effluent generated from zinc plating process.
If approved, consent to operate under the Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry upto 30.06.2028, please. (Category - Red/Small) (Competency: SEE)
