Sir, the pointwise reply of the clarification is given below:
1. The NOC Fee Rs. 2900/- has been deposited and verified vide UTR No. SBIN124120220942 dated 29.4.2024.
2. The Concrete proof of the date of Commissioning is attached below.
3. The poultry farms are exempted from the Director of the Factories Act, 1948. So, there is no need to be approved for the building plans from the Director of the Factories Act, 1948.
4. Sir, as per the tehsildar report point nos. 3 & 4, there is no any major drinking Water reservoir within the radius of the 500 meter of the site and also there is no any drinking water source like wells, Summer Storage tanks, other tanks within the radius of 100 meter of the site. |
