It is intimated that as per report issued by Tehsildar, Baba Bakala Sahib dated 22/04/2024 khasra no. of the site of the industry falls outside the MC limits and there is no Gurudrawa/Mandir/ School/Residential Colony/Lal Lakir within 500 meters.
As above the site is suitable for setting up of a unit as per sitting criteria framed by the Board.
The industry has also submitted an undertaking that site is suitable as per Master Plan (2010-2031) of Amritsar.
Therefore as per policy of the Board copy of the NOC may be issued to District Town Planner, Amritsar for obtaining comments/objections if any regarding suitability of the site.
