Pertinent to mention here that similar applications (i.e M/s Waheguru Agro Industries, Village Raina, Moga) of the industry has already been decided by competent authority of the Board for grant of permission to expand by adding land area exclusively to be used for storage purpose, with no increase in milling/production capacity.
Accordingly, approved as proposed by AEE for grant of varied CTO under Water Act,1974 and Air Act,1981 upto 30.09.2029 for addition of land as mention in above note, to be exclusively used for storage purpose with no industrial activity to be carried out on said land. Furthermore, the industry shall not increase production/milling capacity, without obtaining permission of the Board. |
