| Clarification Note: |
While Scrutinize the case it has observed that:-
1. As per CA certificate submitted by the industry it has made the expansion in Plant and machinery @ Rs. 616.49 lacs, after obtaining the previous consent, please submit the detail of machinery.
2. Please submit the details of plantation area develop by the industry to dispose off the treated trade effluent and domestic effluent.
3. Please submit the copy of record w.r.t operation of ETP, STP, water consumption and water discharged for the period 01.01.2024 to 30.04.2024.
You are requested to attend the above said observations and submit your reply within 02 days.
