Sir kindly peruse the note of RO as well as AEE (PBIP) as well as project report submitted by RO. From this report, it has been emerged that earlier the existing cost was Rs. 4.96 Cr and now, the existing cost has been mentioned as Rs.12.70 cr and the proposed cost has been mentioned as@ Rs.12.75 cr. But overall, expansion cost is Rs. 12.70 Cr + Rs.12.75 Cr-4.96 cr = Rs. 20.45 Cr instead of Rs. 12.75 Cr for which the CTE fee is adequate for one year. If approved, action as proposed by AEE(PBIP) regarding issuance of Consent to Establish for Expansion under the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 for enhancement in the production of one of the existing products i.e. granular formulation from 40 TPD to 160 TPD and addition of two new products i.e. Nano fertilizers @ 5 KLD and Bio-fertilizer @ 50 MTD along with the same manufacturing capacity of existing products i.e. Solid Formulation (Powder & WDG) @ 7 TPD & Liquid Formulation (Including Weedicides) @ 33 TPD by using various Technical Grade Pesticides/ Chemicals as raw material, but upto 15.04.2025 subject to the conditions as mentioned in his note be taken, please.
Further, EE,RO be asked through endst. to ensure that the adequacy of consent fee w.r.t existing FCI as per Board record as well as CA certificates & expansion FCI be checked while processing varied consent application in future. |
