The note of the Regional Office has been examined. It is submitted that the consent applications earlier submitted by the project proponent were already refused by the Board.
Now, the PP has resubmitted the application without making any compliances.
As such, the following actions may be taken:
1. EE RO Patiala may be asked to return the application of the project proponent being cannot be considered at this stage.
2. Also, EE RO Patiala shall revisit the site, check latest status and recommend for further action including closure of the unit through separate note.
