Sir, the industry is small scale red category unit. The industry was earlier granted consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 vide no. CTOW/Renewal/LDH2/2022/19084754 dated 01/08/2022 valid upto 30/06/2027 & Air Act, 1981 vide no. CTO/Renewal/LDH2/2023/24163412 dated 2023-11-09 valid upto 2028-11-09 (auto renew).
Now, the industry has applied for NOC for expansion under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 for additional product RUBBER CRUM @ 35 Ton/day.
The application of the industry has been perused and it has been observed as under:-
1. The industry has not submitted the analysis report of air emissions of boiler of capacity 02 TPH in which wood is used as fuel.
2. The industry has failed to submit the proposal of APCD to be provided with grinding section to control process emissions.
3. The industry has not submitted the revised approved building plan after expansion of building.
4. The industry has not submitted the detail of re-circulation system of cooling water.
5. The industry has not submitted Compliance Report of conditions of previous granted consents.
6. The industry has failed to submit the details of NOC fee deposited by industry for expansion.
If approved, show cause notice for refusal of 'Consent to Establish' (NOC) under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be issued to industry with hearing at ZO level, please.
