Sir, the compliance of NOC conditions no. 4 & 5 is attached herewith.
Submitted as per earlier recommendations with additional condition that the Sub-Registrar Mohali may not allow any sale/purchase/development in the land measuring 5 Bigha i.e. 3 Bighas land being share 60/253 share out of 12 Bighas 13 Biswas land comprised in Khewat Khatoni No. 171/233 bearing Khasra No. 8 (4-0), 9 (4-0), 10 (4-13), Kittas 3 and 2 Bigha land being share ½ share out of 4 Bighas 0 Biswas land comprised in Khewat Khatoni No. 172/234 bearing Khasra Nos 1572/7 (3-4), 1573/7 (0-16) Kittas 2 in Village Karala, Hadbast No. 281, Tehsil Banur, SAS Nagar in the name of M/s Vistara Buildtech as the same has been earmarked for plantation purpose/green belt for its adjoining project ‘Velora Urbano’.
