Sir kindly peruse the note of RO as well as AEE (PBIP). The industry has deposited Rs. 84000/- vide no. 233139923 dated 10.01.2024 and Rs. 3,36,000/ vide UTR no. 210599121 dated 16.05.2024 under Water Act,1974 which is adequate upto 31.03.2029. If approved, action as proposed by AEE(PBIP) regarding issuance of varied consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 for addition of one induction furnace of capacity 30 TPH to manufacture Steel Ingots/Billets/Rods/TMT Bars/Wire Rod/Flats/Structural Steels @ 145000 PA by using Alloys and Non Alloys Steel Scrap @ 150000 TPA as raw material, upto 31.03.2029 subject to the conditions as mentioned in his note be taken, please. |
