It is submitted that the industry has submitted a revised project report with clear cut values of existing and proposed value of plant and machinery vide which the proposed value of plant and machinery under expansion is Rs. 375.61 lakh and the existing value was 89.39 lakhs. Therefore, the value of plant and machinery for the current NOC application will be 375.61 lakhs which is less than 5 crore and will fall in small category. Further, the detail of land as per earlier land use classification issued by DTP and in the MC limit certificate now obtained from MC Budhlada are same.
