The industry's application has been scrutinized and it was found that the earlier application was returned because it was required to be applied for online for the grant of Terms of Reference (ToR) in compliance with the MoEF&CC notification dated 26/07/2023, as the production capacity of the industry is more than 5000 MT/Annum. Now, the industry has again applied without obtaining the Terms of Reference (ToR). You are requested to clarify within 02 days so the application may be considered accordingly. |
